Solution

In the discovery stage, we worked closely with the client to develop a complete business and UX requirements list. Based on this holistic vision, we created an LLM-based platform that combines content creation tools tailored to different real estate professionals with additional modules to better track referral partners and report on user activity.

  • Voice Analyzer: Chat GP-based branded voice analyzer with the option to save multiple voices and assign them to different categories of content to be generated.
  • Customizable Prompt Library: Real estate professionals can search and explore a variety of prompt recipes, customize them, and save them as favorites.
  • CMS for Prompt Library: We have developed a content management system for prompts to update the prompt library with new prompt recipes and categories.
  • Referral Partner Management and User Activity Tracking: Super administrators can manage the list of referral partners. Each end-user has a referral partner and can contact them through the platform. Each partner can track the activity of their users in the admin panel.

The Voice Analyzer, powered by ChatGPT, allows users to create and save multiple branded voices to ensure that every piece of generated content maintains a consistent and professional tone aligned with the brand’s identity.

Users can also customize the prompts in vast libraries to suit their specific requirements and save their favorites for easy access and future use. This feature drastically reduces the time and effort required to develop high-quality content.

The CMS library’s constant updating ensures that it remains relevant to the latest industry trends, providing users with a dynamic and evolving toolset.

The platform helps manage referral partners.  Admins can oversee the list of referral partners, while end-users can contact their assigned partners through the platform. The admin panel provides detailed tracking of user activities, giving referral partners valuable insights into user behavior and engagement.
